You open your desktop file on your desktop computer...then switch to Forms Mode and look for the Federal (and separate State) Electronic Filing Instructions sheets.
If you arranged those payments when you E-filed..the payment information will be listed on your Electronic Filing Instructions" worksheets...as shown below.
TTX doesn't pay it.....TTX just transmits the info you entered to the IRS and/or state as needed, and they do the debits.
