You are receiving health care benefits on a W-2?
If you have no W-2 and Schedule UE does not apply you can delete it.
- Tap Forms in the top right corner
- In the left column, find Schedule UE in Pennsylvania Individual and tap to open the form
- Tap Delete Form at the bottom to remove Schedule UE
- Tap Step-by-Step in the top right corner where Forms used to be to return to the interview mode
