Delete the 1099-INT with the problem.
......then re-enter it manually.
Do not take a picture...do not upload a PDF, do not import it.

When entered that way, the recipient's address either transfers from your mailing address on the My Info page...or is ignored entirely on the worksheet and thus no error.
