If you are using the TurboTax desktop CD/Download editions installed on a computer, to start another tax return click on the File menu at the top left of the desktop program screen. Click on New Tax Return.
As previously stated - He only needs to file a tax return to get a refund of any federal and/or state income taxes withheld from his wages.
