TurboTax is only set up to handle one change of residency, so you’ll have to adjust your residency.
Since you were a resident of State A on December 31, use that as your state of residence. You can use 9/1/2022 as your start date, or backdate it to the number of months you actually lived in State A.
Generally, the answer to this question doesn’t matter. TurboTax uses this to add states to State Taxes, and auto-fill residency dates on your state returns. You can adjust those dates when you are completing your state returns.
