Efile rejection

TT says efile rejected because 2021 AGI I'm using is wrong. When I log into IRS account, it says "Your tax records info is unavailable at this time - the Return Summary is currently unavailable." However, with a little work I can get the 2021 Transcript and the AGI is correct. The IRS website also says I can use my pin instead of AGI to efile. I have entered the pin into the TT worksheet, but it is not using it.  Is there any way to force it to? I really prefer to efile. Thanks for any help you can provide.
