Here's how to create Form 568:
- In the California section go to "Business Summary"
- Tap Edit next to your business
- On "Is xxx owned by a single member LLC?" say YES
- You will see "California requires that you e-file Form 568"
- On "Single Member LLC filing" fill out the form in the window
