@SForrestLO this is the kind of response that makes Intuit have such a bad reputation.
The article you point to says "You must have entered the license code incorrectly, try again."
WORST Help topic ever...and you point this poor customer who has a corrupt cab file to try entering his code again. SIGH
@rickmoyer Your issue likely has nothing to do with this forum topic, or you have encountered something new maybe by following the misguided suggestions to reinstall to fix Intuits UI bug. (Support refuses to change the 'Best Answer' for this top despite my repeated requests...it is a game of folly to use these steps to enter your license code!)
If I were you, I would start a new thread...this one has to do with entering the license code...not getting install failures. Generally, when you get a corrupt file error, delete all 'expanded' and 'downloaded' files, and start fresh with the download, re-expanding the files again.
