If you are using the "CD/download/desktop" software?
Save your file and shut down TTX.
Check for any waiting Windows OS updates (if using windows) and install them
Reboot your computer no matter whether OS updates were needed or not.
Restart TTX and try again.
Do not have any other programs running while using TTX....and yeah, you may need to wait a bit when going into the SS section...the page takes some time to open up.
