Since you have deleted and reentered the zip code and you are still having issues, check the zip code for the city and state listed on the form to see if the USPS gives you a different zip code, use that one.

You can try adding 9 digits instead of 5.
If you are still having issues, try clearing Cache before logging back into your TurboTax.
