File an amended New York return if you've already filed your taxes. As Tax Champ Mike9241 said, it’s better if you get a corrected W-2 from your employer.
Either way, TurboTax does support Form IT-225. You did not say whether you are adjusting your wages up or down and whether you are filing a resident, part-year resident, or non-resident return, or whether you are using TurboTax Online or CD/Download. We'd have to know about those things to help with IT-225.
It’s likely you will have to use CD/Download if you use IT-225 for a wage adjustment. That's not a common situation.
