YESSS, your option 2 suggestion to go to Tax Tools/Tools/Delete a form worked like a charm. I just was finally able to successfully submit my return and have it finally ACCEPTED instead of just rejected immediately!!! I chose to delete form "Qualified 2020 Disaster Retirement Distribution", once this was done it apparently it automatically deleted my form 8915F-T as well. From here I was able to go back to Federal/Income/401K retirement 1099-R, then answer the questions about if I had Disaster Retirement Distribution accordingly.
