Get your taxes done using TurboTax

@TiffanyL  I have checked for updates. I have uninstalled, cleaned the MAC, reinstalled. I have used desktop and online versions. I have cleared cookie innumberable times. I have spent over 6 hours total time on the phone with support. And no fix or results. I am getting the same continual error because Turbo Tax (desktop OR online) will not update the rejection message.

 

I know that my Federal and SC state were recieved because 1. I got an email confirming it and 2. I have received my SC refund. I have also confirmed with the IRS that they have my return and are processing it. 

 

This is a Turbo Tax programming issue. I am running a MAC and no one seems to care about fixing this problem.
