If you want to use the TurboTax online editions then you will need the Premier edition which supports Schedule B, Schedule E and Form 1116. This is not a Free edition so to pay the TurboTax account fees for the online edition you will need to pay with a US credit card that has a US billing address. Or if you have a federal tax refund you can select the option to pay the account fees with the federal tax refund. But this option requires that your federal tax refund is to be deposited into a US bank account.
Or you can use any of the TurboTax desktop CD/Download editions to be installed on a personal computer, Windows or Mac. But again to pay for these desktop editions you will need a US credit card with a US billing address.
