Can you paste and copy the License Code from the email, etc.? That's what I do. Did it on both my PC download and my friend's Mac download. Much better than trying to type those 16 digits. Do you have a touch screen? People have posted about that. Keep trying to click in the box. I didn't save any of those posts in my notes.
