Apparently this is on ongoing problem you are having---but what you posted here did not explain that. No one in the user forum is going to be able to sort it out. It becomes confusing for you and for those of us who are trying to help if you post the same issue in multiple threads in the forum. Your help is going to have to come from customer support. Hope they are able to figure it out with you.
