solution #156) Down in the lower rt corner of the desktop software screen is a text % setting ( A A) . One person found that they had it set at 150% and reducing the text size to 100% allowed the proper Intuit login boxes to appear.....But you might have to mess with different % settings, as it might depend on your full screen pixel resolution for yoru particular monitor.
