Do you mean you filed in January? Today is February 23.....and you are saying you filed on February 26.
The difference between the amount of the refund you say you were supposed to receive and the amount you say you got is 88 cents. Or.....did you expect a refund of more than $1600----and received only the $856.56?
Have you checked the IRS refund site to see how much the IRS says it sent you? If you have not checked then look to see if the IRS reduced your refund for some reason.
You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount (line 35a of your 2022 Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:
