You didn't indicate this...but you cannot use the purchased CD/code to pay for the Browser-based software. Those are two entirely different software and pay systems. You bought the CD at Costco...you are supposed to be using the software installed (from the CD, or a download installation file) on your home computer (full MAC or Windows PC)
