Get your taxes done using TurboTax
Where are you being asked for the 1095A? If you are being asked in TurboTax prior to submitting your return, you can simply skip that section. If it is giving you an error message then you can click Tools>>Tax Tools>>Delete a Form>>Delete next to form 8962.
If your return is being rejected by the IRS, this means the IRS believes you or someone on your return had insurance through the marketplace. If anyone on your return did have insurance through the marketplace, then you will need to add the 1095-A. If no one did, you will need to contact Healthcare.gov to correct the problem.
You will not be able to submit electronically if the IRS believes you have a 1095-A without adding one, which means you will need to print and mail your return if you cannot resolve the issue with the marketplace.
