TurboTax may be asking that question because it created a casualty and theft worksheet that you do not need.
- Tap Federal Taxes
- Then Deductions & Credits and I’ll chose what I work on
- Scroll down to Other Deductions and Credits
- Revisit Casualties and Thefts
- Delete the entry on the screen “Property Summary”
