To reach Form 8379 in TurboTax:
- Type injured spouse in Search.
- Click on Jump to injured spouse.
- Say Yes, you wish to claim innocent or injured spouse relief.
- Enter the Year (usually the current year).
- Skip the fill-in screen for Innocent Spouse Relief by clicking Continue.
- TurboTax will begin a series of questions to see whether you qualify for relief.
