Get your taxes done using TurboTax

Not sure what you mean by "not allowed to e-file."   Did your e-file get rejected?   What happened?

 

If it got rejected, tell us the rejection message so we can help you fix it and re-file.

 

Or if you somehow cannot e-file for some other reason we do not know about, your fee was not for e-filing.  Your fee was for using the software to prepare your tax returns.   The fee is the same whether you e-file or mail it in an envelope.

 

You can have a conversation about that with customer support.

 

No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue.  If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help.  Do not use the word “refund.”
