A 2021 return has to be filed by mail. It cannot be e-filed. Prepare a 2021 return, using the recovery rebate to get the 3rd EIP payment if you did not receive and if you are eligible. If someone could claim you as a dependent for 2021 you are not eligible. Print, sign and mail the return.
