If you are insured on his policy or you are named on any marketplace insurance policy, you must enter the 1095-A on your return unless someone claims you as a dependent on their return.
You will need to reach out to Healthcare.gov to get the information you need if you cannot get it from him. If you were not covered, you will need them to update the system.
