When a rejection is received, it means that the IRS or state has sent the return back for a correction to be made. The rejection is often as simple as a mistyped number that does not match the IRS or state records.
If your IRS and State returns were rejected, a rejection code would be provided. Since we do not have access to your return, we will need to have the rejection code provided to assist.
