- Select Report an injured or innocent spouse claim
- On "Innocent of Injured Spouse Relief," say YES
- Enter a year on the next screen, then Continue
- Skip the next screen “Your Request For Innocent Spouse Relief”
- Fill in the info on “Let’s See if You Qualify for Injured Spouse Relief”
