Get your taxes done using TurboTax
In my copy of TurboTax Online I am able to get all the way through all reviews to file using the ID scenario you describe. Many times this error can be eliminated by clearing your browser cache. Click here for instructions on clearing your browser cache, if needed.
- Sign out of TurboTax.
- Clear your browser cache.
- Sign back in.
- Try the review again.
