Could be. Either 2 times or 3 times. Deluxe is $39 which is for Federal. Then state is another $39. THEN if you want the fees deducted from a federal refund there is an extra $39 Pay with Refund service charge. So pay the federal and state fees with a credit card and avoid the extra 39 charge. If you have the fees deducted the refund goes though a 3rd party bank which can delay your refund.
