@Critter-3 my child is not US citizen, but US resident alien (for tax purposes). My child also meets all other requirements
The issues is that TurboTax has citizenship question only (i.e. no option to choose "US resident alien"). Once you answer 'no' (for US citizenship) - the child is not not considered a dependent
