You purchased the product twice--a download and a CD? You shouldn't have had to do that. Why did you end up with both, and who did you purchase the two products from? Did you purchase both products directly from TurboTax, or did you use an authorized retailer like Amazon, Best Buy, Staples, Costco, Sams, etc.?
