Your BF cannot be a qualifying relative dependent, so you cannot use him to file as Head of Household. If you have a qualifying child dependent you can file as HOH. As VolvoGirl mentioned, unless BF made less than $4400 in 2022 he cannot be claimed as your dependent at all. Both of you just file as Single. You cannot file a joint return unless you are legally married.
