First putting the rental in an LLC was a waste of time and money especially if you did not retitle it to the LLC. All you really needed was a good liability insurance policy which you need either way. Since this is a spousal LLC you can simply continue filing the ONE Sch E like you have in the past ... no need to split it into 2 forms.
