If you have no income of any sort, you are not eligible for any child-related credits. That child tax credit that was given to folks who did not work with dependents for tax year 2021 was a one-time thing. The rules are very different for 2022. If you did not work and earn income you do not get any child tax credit for claiming dependents. And...since you say you had no income, it sounds likely that there is someone else who supported you and your children who CAN claim all of you as dependents.
