They don't tell us what is included in state forms

From the Oregon list here, it looks like TTX plans to have ONE of the forms for both individuals and businesses:

BUT #2
Whil the software plans to be able to prepare it, it appears the Form SP cannot be E-filed, and when done, you will need to print and mail-file in that particular form (and pay whatever is needed). The main state forms should be able to be e-filed (other than those listed as being unsupported for e-filing). You should look for that Multnomah preparation within the Oregon state section of the software in LATE January

And I didn't see the Arts Tax forms in the Oregon list.
You might be better off going to the Portland Individual income tax page for all the various possible taxes that might be special to Portland Metro area in Multnomah county.
Read what is available, and perhaps, get a local tax pro involved with educating you on which of those taxes you may be liable for.
