Did you file a 2020 and 2021 US federal tax return?
On the 2020 and 2021 returns you would have entered a Recovery Rebate Credit on the Form 1040 Line 30 if you did not receive the EIP1 and EIP2 in 2020 and the EIP3 in 2021.
