1. Can I file tax return for 2021 along with 2022 next year using TurboTax? No ... each year is filed separately.
2. Can I send 1040 and 1040-R in mail now to get my refunds? First there is no 1040-R ... it is a 1099-R which is attached to the 1040 if it had any taxes withheld on it. And if you never filed the 2021 return you need to mail it in now. If you incorrectly amended the return in the online program last year then you can mail in an original 2021 return now ... download the PDF file and mail in the 1040 in the file (do NOT send the 1040X) plus any schedules or forms in the return.
To access your prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/
Start the 2022 online tax return by entering some personal information then click on Tax Home on the left side of the screen.
On the Tax Home webpage -
Scroll down to the section Your tax returns & documents. Click on the Year and Click on Download/print return (PDF)
