Some words of caution........why did your BF use your bank account? When he files his tax return he needs to use an account that is his own bank account....not yours. If the IRS issues his refund to an account that is not in his name, it will be returned to the IRS and then your BF may have to wait for weeks or even months to receive a check instead.
