Question: Do I sign with today's date or sign with the date I had on original 1040 (sept)? Today's date is correct.
Form3531 from IRS also had attached the W-2 form i submitted in Sept stapled to 1040form copy. And 1040Form they sent had IRS stramp "Returned for Signature 11/15". Pls confirm if I mail back signed 1040(with Sept submit date), attach W-2 forms that I don't need to send anything else. Send back everything that constitues your return with an INK signature as requested.
