@juliaelder Today -- November 17, 2022-- is the LAST DAY that you can use that Free File site to prepare or e-file a 2021 tax return. After today, the only way to file a 2021 tax return will be to print it, sign it and mail it in an envelope.
You cannot start a 2021 tax return on the TurboTax site at all. The only way to use TurboTax now to prepare a 2021 tax return is by using the CD/download software on a full PC or Mac.
