TurboTax does not "send" any payments to the IRS for you. TurboTax can only pass along the payment information that you provide and then the IRS takes the payment from your account. TurboTax never even knows how, when or if you paid your tax due. Your only proof that you paid your tax is your own bank or credit card record. Do you have such records to show that you paid?
