The CD/download cannot be used on any sort of mobile device. It can only be used on a full PC or Mac. The download is specific to either Windows or Mac, so you have to get the one that works with your own computer.
If you purchased the Mac download from TurboTax then contact customer support to ask them to switch you to the Windows download if that is what you need.
