Since e-filing is closed, you can only file by mail. Did you already e-file with those errors? If you e-filed with a SSN error before e-filing closed down then the return should have been rejected. What do you mean by "a dependent's name that I did not list?" If you did not list the dependent how did the dependent get on your return?
