What do you mean that you paid CA "through tax?" It is impossible to pay a state tax due from a federal refund, so if you thought you paid via your federal refund, you did not pay. And if you paid by using your bank account or credit card, then your own bank or credit card records are your only proof.
TurboTax does not pay your state tax, so TT is not going to have any sort of receipt for you. In fact, TurboTax never knows how, when or even if you paid your tax due.
