It looks like the irs reduced your refund by $1400. That’s the recovery rebate (a/k/a stimulus check) you claimed on the return.
The IRS records show you already received the stimulus check so you are not eligible to get it again on your return.
check your bank records in March 2021 for deposit. You may have received a check.
Either way, you’ll need to file Form 3911 with the IRS to request a payment trace
if you didn’t get it.
