I'm WELL-AWARE that YOU are NOT and do NOT represent the TurboTax employees: I'm ONLY sending this info to the Users like myself because the TurboTax employees (SPECIALISTS) UNFORTUNATELY do NOT RESPOND & PROVIDE ANY HELP AS IS THEIR RESPONSIBILITY, and UNFORTUNATELY - the links BELOW ARE COMPLETELY INEFFECTIVE in PROVIDING ANY SPECIFIC & EFFECTIVE HELP TO CUSTOMERS HAVING TECHNICAL ISSUES WITH TurboTax SOFTWARE ...! And UNFORTUNATELY - I've used almost ALL-OF-THEM which has only resulted in a tremendous WASTE of my time ...! I strongly feel that the Intuit/Turbotax Company URGENTLY NEED to streamline their TurboTax Software Support to their customers NOT ONLY FOCUS ON THEIR MARKETING OBJECTIVES (!).
