Someone needs to figure out what you have and what needs to be filed. Someone applied for the grant so what name was on the check that was recieved ? What bank account was it deposited in and/or who cashed the check ? Someone knows something ... you cannot just "put it on the personal return" for no reason. Many grants are not even taxable.
