No. You need to recreate the 2020 return yourself. Can you install the 2020 program again and have the License Code to activate it? It shouldn't be too hard to do. You can use the Forms Mode to enter directly on the forms from the pdf copy you have. Unless you can find someone local that knows Turbo Tax to do it for you that you trust.
