Did you get a Form 15111 from the IRS? We're not sure why the IRS is sending them out. You might qualify for 2021 EIC based on your 2019 income instead of 2021 income.
You can look back and use your 2019 income for the EIC credit instead of 2020 & 2021. How to use the Lookback provision
