What do I do when disputing bad debts / derogatory remarks gets me know where ?
I have several old unsecured credit accounts that were fraudulently utilized under my credit. Unfortunately, it wasn’t until I began investigating why my credit was so poor that I discovered them.
I have tried Multiple times to dispute these accounts and every time it goes the same way. The dispute is filed , the creditor or whoever bought the debt sends me a list of charges and/or a statements (as if this does or proves anything to me) and the. I lose the dispute !!
Shouldn’t they have to do more than this ? Ie. video or pics of whoever the perpetrator was?
please help !
